That’s why we offer all of our customers a 1 year labour warranty and a 5 year parts guarantee on any appliance they purchase from us, with certain products qualifying for a 2 year labour warranty.
In order to activate the labour warranty and parts guarantee on your appliance, all you need to do is complete the registration form that comes along with your appliance. Or, alternatively, you can fill in this simple online form. It’s a quick and easy process, but you need to remember to register your appliance with us within 30 days of purchase whether you’re doing so online or by post; it’s part of our terms and conditions, which can be viewed here.
Our warranty and guarantee scheme is aimed at providing you with peace of mind to go alongside your new appliance, whatever it is. If you enjoy the added insurance of knowing that you’ve got a manufacturer’s guarantee and want it to continue after the minimum term expires, we’re happy to offer extensions to the warranty on your product. These can be purchased from our customer service department.
